Pakistan - Chapursan Valley




Day 26...14th Jun 2007...


Chapursan Valley is located west of Sost, running parallel to the Wakhan Corridor of Afghanistan. Its remoteness sees very few visitors, but the valley's exceptional beauty makes it a trekking paradise, offering endless opportunities for exploration and to experience the renowned Wakhi hospitality and culture.

Stayed in Pamir Serai, which is situated in the small Zood Khun village, 2 hours jeep ride from Sost, and be prepared for one hell of a scary ride!

Always drinking too much chai and eating too much bread while chatting with the ever-friendly Alam Jan
